Stayed in a spacious and very fancy room that was serviced bathrooms were not cleaned throughly. The breakfast was great and the food was reasonably priced. The staff was very-very nice the whole time of my stay.

We were in a great location not too far from Avenida Chapultepec. And the area was good, really close to the downtown-walkable to the Minerva statue junction, restaurant close for lunchtimes, and the shops and restaurants of Colonia Americana within 20 minutes.

As a group of friends, we loved the friendly staff, comfortable beds, and the range of amenities provided in the room. The hotel had plenty of electrical outlets and a big flat screen TV that could be adjusted to our preferred angle. The housekeeping staff was prompt in replenishing towels and bathroom items, and the room service was affordable. We also appreciated the complimentary water bottles and towels near the gym.
Felt cozy, no complaints at all.

I recently stayed at Hotel Velvet Plaza in a beautiful neighborhood for 12 nights during my trip to Mexico. The hotel offers competitive prices and clean rooms with comfortable beds. I enjoyed the balcony with a nice view of the avenue. The on-site restaurant is extremely affordable and the quality of the food is great. Parking is also free, which is a bonus. The staff was courteous and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I had a wonderful experience at Velvet Plaza and would highly recommend it.
